How do I know what size bow will be right for my little girl? TOP
Our sizes are broken down in categories:
- No Slip Bitty Clips are perfect for infants and toddlers (clip is lined to help clip from slipping). (wholesale orders are lined upon request)
- Little Girl/Toddler are perfect for older babies and older girls who have more hair than infants (also lined). (wholesale orders are lined upon request)
- Big Girl Bows are perfect for older girls.
- Layered Bows are perfect for girls with longer hair. Looks great with ponytails!
- Headbands are perfect for toddlers and up.
My baby has fine hair, will the bow stay in place? TOP
All bitty bows and regular baby bows are lined with a strip of soft grip lining that will aid in keeping the hair bow in place and will not damage her hair!
(Wholesale orders will be lined per request only) Are the ends of your bows sealed to prevent fraying? TOP Each end of our bows are sealed using our own professional techniques. With a little care and lots of love your bows will look new year after year! Do you accept custom orders? TOP
So Sweet Bowtique is not accepting custom orders at this time.
However you can choose a specific color for a few of our selections from our color charts. How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP If the hair bow is in stock So Sweet Bowtique will ship orders within 2-5 business days. From shipping date, First Class Mail takes 5-7 days to deliver. Wholesale orders depending on quanitity may take two to three weeks. Can I place a rush order? TOP If you are in a rush to receive an item please email us first to make sure we can meet your need. In our "Home" page you can click on the "contact us" tab to e-mail us directly. Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP We strive to give you the best quality product. Unless grossly misrepresented by us, So Sweet Bowtique does not accept returns or exchange. What is your Privacy Policy? TOP

Once you become a So Sweet Customer or Wholesale clients, you will be included in our mailing list, if you would like to be removed from our list, e-mail us through our "contact us" tab and you will be removed within 24 hours.
What is your Payment Policy? TOP
All orders Must be PAID IN FULL before shipment is sent.
If you are a local Boutique or Specialty Store and are requesting special accommodations, you are responsible for any and all fees ( Loss of payment, COD fees etc.)
$30 Insufficient Fund Fees will be charged for any checks that could not be processed.
